In june 2011 the Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 CEP program is launched.
CEP stands for Community Evaluation Program.

As explained by the landing page: “The Community Evaluation Program from the Management and Security team at Microsoft provides IT professionals a structured approach to evaluating System Center and Forefront products before their final release. Members of this program are able to evaluate early versions of products with guidance from the product team and by sharing of experiences and best practices among a community of peers.
This site is a starting point to get involved with the Community Evaluation Program. Once you have applied and been accepted to a program, you will be invited to a product specific site on Connect. Please check this page often for updates on current and upcoming programs.”
